We provide vocational training in fields like tailoring and business management to equip them with the skills to become financially independent. Our programs also include mentorship and leadership development to foster self-reliance and confidence.

We focus on ensuring access to quality education for children from vulnerable backgrounds by providing school sponsorships that cover tuition, uniforms, and books. Our support extends to after-school programs helping children reach their full potential.

These include clean water and sanitation efforts, reforestation programs, and educational workshops on proper waste management and hygiene to protect our natural resources and the health of our people.

We teach techniques like permaculture and organic pest control, which not only protect the local environment but also help families grow their own food. This initiative provides food security, creates new opportunities for income, and promotes a self-sufficient community.

A Special Initiative: The Kirishoi Women's Group

The Kirishoi Women’s Group is a unique initiative and a testament to the power of community and creativity. It operates outside our core pillars, serving as a direct income-generating project. This collective of talented women uses their traditional skills to create and sell beautiful handcrafted ornaments and unique cloth handbags. This initiative provides a direct source of income, celebrates local artistry, and fosters a strong sense of sisterhood and collaboration among members.
